At Frankston Heights Primary we have an extensive Transition Program that ensures your child has a smooth start to their schooling. The program dedicates our resources to ensure your child is prepared for school and feels safe, happy and supported throughout their school life.
Our Prep Transition program is implemented over 5 weeks during Term 4. We invite all enrolled children to join us and participate in small groups with prep teachers, to start building those vital relationships and have fun through activities and games. This provides an opportunity for children to become familiar with the school grounds and facilities.
We welcome enrolments into our incredible school.
